I Have been scammed by SunFlower!!!!!Plz Help

Ok I gave Sunflower the tag "APRlCOT" for 15$ and he took the tag and filed a dispute about the transaction saying that the money was payed without his permission. I have proof of his scams.
(Please do not ban him until he gives me the money!)
DAY 1(right after 15$ was in my paypal):

SunFlower plz cancel the Dispute!
PLEASE dont ban him yet. I need the money.

Please dont make multiple threads. and i suggest posting this in scammers bay and let the staff deal with him
