Who ever "Cole Charmichael" is.. your going to reap what you sow mother fucker.

Paypal just broke there Terms of Service by closing the case in his favor. I stated he paid for a virtual item and received it yet some how this mother fucker won.

Next time I'm calling up these bitches instead.

Ahhhh bro that sucks. EVERYTIME you call up PayPal, they always sort shit out. So take this as a lesson learned, next time call paypal up.

aww cory, just checked my paypal and I've also lost a chargeback to this 'cole carmichael' person only $10 but still annoying lol. wish I could remember who they were and what they bought >_<

Yeah, I just hate calling up because I have to always give fake information. They also always call me by my fake name which irritates me.
Its a shame though this happened.. I liked that paypal account. I never had trouble receiving or sending money with it.

Why don't you make a legitimate PayPal and verify it with the details of someone in your family? Would probably make holding money a lot easier.

Just stating that he received a virtual item doesn't help at all, provide as much evidence as you can such as PMs, what the product is, etc.

Even if it was done on FK link them to the thread and show pictures of PMs you noob.
This is why you lost.

I use fake paypals to receive and send money to my mom's paypal. Then she withdraws into my savings account. This is the 3rd time Ive ever been chargedback on though.. so I'm not to mad. Just a bit pissed because I can't use that paypal anymore. #Limited until I put funds in it

I'm not retarded. This has been going well considering Ive made over $2000 over the last 3-4 months with this being the 3rd chargeback Ive had. It was also only $10.00 I just don't like getting stolen from.
