Yup I just got an email from the hosting, and they said we are taking up 71% of the CPU on the entire system, and we are only allowed 25%. This is why. It will be fixed shortly.

Sooner or later you are going to have to buy a real VPS and those things are very expensive. Shared hosting is starting to fade, or you can remove the Spamming & Trolling section.
