I need Double XP weekend advice

So my current stats are
50 Attack
80 Strength
70 Range
71 HP
94 Mage
12 Prayer
1 Defence

Combat Level: 65
----------------

What should I train?
94-99 Mage?
Get 80+ Range
Get 90+ Strength?
 
Get 80+ range for some tanking...

Once you get 82 or so try to get 85ish Strength..
 
If you can afford the chins, 90+ range.
Strength can wait.
 
Where would be the best place to train with chins at a low level?

Well, I've actually heard a decent spot for people with less than 43 Prayer to chin is Gnome Battlefield.
If you don't wanna try that, then Soul Wars.
 
In soul wars do you just attack the clumps of people everywhere?

Yeah, and add on the Zeal, and you have some SEX exp right there.
