I need help please

Hello everyone I have been banned on my old account because of multiple accounts because I forgot the password to my very first account and I really need help on knowing if I can get that account back or just have a secure account because I don't want to buy onyx or anything because of the risk of being banned again. I can't pm yet so if you have help please post here and I already tried accessing the account recovery team but it says I can't view it or something like that

Making multiple accounts is against the rules and will get you banned.

I understand that but I have no access to the very first account I made. Like I don't even know what the email or the username is.

Then either message Philly or one of the mods and explain your situation to them, they can help you out and figure out something.

Okay who do you think is the easiest to reach because I would think philly gets thousands of messages a day

Just try PMing on of the mods to find the other account you have, shouldn't be too hard if you have a static,

If you don't know the email or username than how can they help you recover it?
