I NEED HELP

Ok so on my phone and even on my computer its giving me the mobile version which I think is complete shit. Then when I hit switch theme options and hit switch to full theme it stays like this! Someone please help me ! Thanks

Alright. I had this problem on wednesday. Go to USER CP > Edit Options > Then change your theme from there. this worked for me, and should work for you.
