I Need Some Help. Please

So, i got this HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition. I use the program that it came with called Arcsoft Showbiz. I have everything hooked up right and it shows up on the program and the tv. But, when i record it comes out pixalated at times. kinda like it glitches/lags but not lag delay. Graphic lag i guess youd call it. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

Well, basically just record what you want to record, but make sure you render it out in SV and it will be perfectly fine hope this helps .

That's perfectly normal. There is a HUGE delay.

It should be fine, as long as it's not skipping or seriously laggy.
