if your planning to have your own business, you must first identify who would be your customers.. the place where you will build your business must is easy to access by your customers. also, you must note if there are already other businesses in the place where you will build your business.

First your expertise and knowledge with the business you are about to start is a must. The place is 2nd thing which will identify your target customer. 3rd is how long your business can survive, is it considered to be a necessity for a daily living or just a trend today or seasonal. 4th Enough funds to survive in the testing phase.... this will serve as your fallback in case of bankruptcy. 5th low capital but a good investment.

thanks dude.i want a laundry shop because a lot of people nowadays esp those who stay in condos just have their laundry done. but my girlfriend loves to cook and wants a restaurant lol..i guess we'll just have to settle it and see what is more feasible right now.anyway when we have a bigger capital we'll start with another business..

In choosing a business, you should consider you hobby. If your hobby is cooking, you should go with resto bar. If you are a techie guy, internet cafe is best suited for you.

Another thing, the best business is food, because everyone becomes hungry every 4-6 hours. Therefore, food business is one of the best in demand.

the first thing you have to be aware of is your competition. If any of them have an coffee with internet, try to innovate. If any of them don't have, just do it. And all the rules online kinda apply for real life: you have to have a lot of traffic and conversion (built your coffee in a good place, and offer a good service); standout from your competition (here in my country I saw a coffee named "I don't know" so that

"-Where are we going?"
"-I Don't know..."

I found that to be pretty original xD

You have to research well if you want the best results. You have to answer Who, Where, How, When, Why questions like If you would choose that, how many competitors do you have? or maybe, whats lacking in our place? When is the best sale for this service? Simple questions like that can help you alot. Or if youre not sure of yourself, you can always conduct a survey. hope i helped :D

It would probably be best to research your area and see what is needed and what could make you money and not lose money.

A resto bar would need a nice and cozy place. You must have an expertise on this field. This would need a lot studies regarding location, manpower and supplies and of course the kind of patrons you want to target. Laundry business I think is the simplest one although you would need strategic place and manpower too. It's only an opinion but if anyone has an experience with the business you can correct me. And internet shop too is quite simple I think, location, patrons are the one to focus target on but nowadays, this place has been a target of robbery too so, safety is to be considered as well.
