I'm pretty sure the company had been going bankrupt, not earning any money, therefore, Microsoft transferred them out of their privileges, now it's called "Xbox Music".

No microsoft is NOT going bankrupt. Zune was Microsofts version of the iPod/itunes but due to demands Zune (the mp3 player designed to overtake ipods) could not keep up with Apples products. Therefore Zune was a failed product and is now known as "Xbox Music" because Xbox is more successful. You are a few months too late as Zune is technically no longer a company anymore and doesn't stand for "anything". Technically if you wanna be very anal about it, it's just a bunch of random letters now.
