I'm talking about the actual CEO behind Zune music, I believe it's owned by microsoft but who is the head guy in charge when it comes to Zune? Like the one that makes the important/main decisions.

No microsoft is NOT going bankrupt. Zune was Microsofts version of the iPod/itunes but due to demands Zune (the mp3 player designed to overtake ipods) could not keep up with Apples products. Therefore Zune was a failed product and is now known as "Xbox Music" because Xbox is more successful. You are a few months too late as Zune is technically no longer a company anymore and doesn't stand for "anything". Technically if you wanna be very anal about it, it's just a bunch of random letters now.
