I think I know why Jagex brought back Wilderness and Free Trade

I think Jagex brought back Wilderness and Free Trade because they were losing a lot of players every month. They were even on the god damn Guinness World Records, so I'm assuming that they would do anything to prevent loss of players. I think console gaming is currently dominating computer gaming and that's why they're losing players.

Any thoughts on this?

The feature isn't out yet, I think Jagex needs to e-mail you so you can qualify.

Jagex noticed how they got more money with RWT back in 2007 and before than at the stage where there was no Wildy or Free Trade. They were losing players every day.

Personally I feel like it was a good move on their part. The fact that PK is actually fun, it would bring in more players, old and new. RWT will of course commence again, which I'm sure they anticipate, but hey what more can they do? They'll still get more money, with all new member subscriptions.
