1)Get a domain, either .tk or .co.cc
2)Hosting, we will use a simple free host
3)We will install MyBB forum software
4)We will install a theme/mess around with the forum's software
5)We will add a Upgrade feature and try to earn money
6)With that money, we will be buying a .com or .net domain
7)We will buy a better host, like host gator
8)We will ask friends around to join/don't advertise unless it's DEFIANTLY needed
9)Once we hit enough members, we will choose staff
10)etc

I am honestly being serious about this site.
