I will pay someone to go into my limited paypal and withdraw all the money. Their is 143$ currently in the paypal.
You can have 40$ and just send the rest back to me?
Then you can remove the bank account as well.
I'm not sure how to make it 100% safe for you? But lmk?

It's money earned through fraud, and regardless if it gets chargebacks, the account could be reported, or if you get investigated by PayPal, your account(s) will be closed.
