It's really sad but it's so not unheard of. I mean there's so many videos out there of kids physically bullying and picking on other schoolkids.

I'm also really confused why she didn't do anything if she was supposedly a bus monitor?

I'm glad there's a really decent ending though... particularly the investigation on-going to finding and punishing the culprits. I don't wish harm on those kids but just wish they learn why and what they did was wrong, and hopefully mature from the incident.
