i got a charge back in febuary or so ? i was in school also they said i would be getting charged they had a police officer talk to me i didnt get arrested but i got expelled for 3 months (remainder of 8th grade) and got sent to the alternative school my friend also got in trouble in febuary and got his court papers a few weeks ago. im confused

nah , it was my choices on who to sell to and i made this thread because ive been thinking it shouldnt take this long to get court papers and considering my friend did something in febuary and went to court a few weeks ago
