Make it so Random Spam and General Discussions not reward points for posting, and keep it so post count doesn't increase.
Also I'm not 100% sure about this but posts should be uncapped in both of those sections.

Another suggestion is people who have been previously banned or warned should have deductions on their payments and earnings. This will enforce a better community.

Even if this will lower our chances of making money i have to agree on this one...this will keep the site more stable...but i think that only on the spam one we should remove it....general one can stay
