Well, I'd bully Philly into making mandatory badges for all staff. These would be shipped out immediately after joining the team and must be worn at all times. EVERYONE must know you don't fux wit 'em. It'd be shiny as fuck, and @jason gets a free one, being the one and only "top tier bitch". Quite the achievement.
