Plastic surgery or cosmetic surgery is being done left and right. Especially if you have the money for it. I personally don't find anything wrong with it especially if you're not happy with the way we look. For me, I would like to have a little bit of a butt because its kinda flat. No need for a boob job because I was blessed with it. What's yours?

i personally don't like cosmetic or plastic surgery but for the sake of the answering this question, i would choose my jaws to be slightly reduced. they are quite prominent, though i am comfortable with them. but for the sake of beauty, maybe a little reduction would be pleasing.

Pfff to be honest i am pretty satisfied with my body. Not saying i am perfect but the things that i wanna do i can do on my own without plastic surgery or operations. Well that`s my opinion anyway

well dear we are all made by GOD and we are good, we don't need to change anything because it's GOD given.

Hmmmm I would change my brain for a genius one haha! Okay no.I'm pretty much satisfied with my own body right now No worries about other people body figures.I'm as awesome as Brad Pitt hehe

I don't think I want to change anything in my body even if I have the money to do it. God gave this to me so I will not change any of it.
