IG got pulled. Limbo? Weird message

IG got pulled now weird thing is the account it got pulled to name has reset to what it was before.
When I try and claim the name it says something different from what it normally says
with every other name it will say
The username "" is not available.
But with this IG it says
"A user with that username already exists."
Whats going on here?

"THIS USERNAME "" IS NOT AVAILABLE"
BUT ONLY THIS IG IT SAYS
"A user with that username already exists"

To my knowledge when you first deactivate an IG it takes a while for it to be actually 'Deactivated". Which may be why it still says it's claimed.

Your ig is deactivated. It must be disabled/deactivated for 2 hours before you can reactivate it.

Someone deactivated it when they pulled it, probably gonna be disabled for a while so they can swap at a later time.
