I own an Instagram account that uses the relatable posts niche to gain followers. Prices are extremely cheap and there's no negotiating.

These prices are relatively on the expensive end, that's probably why no one is buying. Also, the account should be getting 30k nearing 40k likes. An account with 1.5m sells a permanent shoutout for $75.

You people must not know the first thing about Instagram. Try emailing a 200k they will want more than I'm charging.

That guy sells captions only. Their is a difference, as for your account OP, you should be getting at least 20k+ with that account. The prices are ok.
