I use a business account, however a personal should suit your needs fine.

Business is for people who have a business going on where transactions are constantly (I think, Idk much). Personal suits for you since you're only buying/selling accounts. I use personal so just use it
 
Just keep in mind you need a debit/ credit card, a "valid" bank account, and a valid email for PayPal.

Business account has more tools and options for receiving funds. Better if you're constantly making transactions, as someone who's constantly making transactions it makes the most sense to me.
