Important PayPal Question!

About 9 Days ago I paid a person on Twitter $8.53 for graphics. As of this day I haven't received my graphics so I want to dispute my payment and receive my money back. But this is the part where I need help at, this is my first time disputing a payment on PayPal.

Question 1: When I go to dispute the payment I click Unauthorized Transaction, was that what I was suppose to click?

I mean I am kind of lying lol..
