Improvements - weapons

Jagex announced today that they may be improving all weapons that you specifically have surpassed in level. This pretty much means if you have level 99 attack and strength but are still using a bandos godsword which has a much lower level requirement, then that weapon will be improved based on your level making it a better weapon to use.

What do you think about this? Do you think it will affect the prices of some weapons?

Me either. But I know I hit a 10,000 on the Kalphite King last night which is more than max life points. =d


@"Daniel", I am not sure it would actually increase how high the damage is but rather just increase how often you hit. It does say "accuracy" in the title of their post about it.

I actually love this idea, and support it fully considering I'm maxed combat, I won't have to splash out massive cash just to go bossing. That way, I'll be less inclined to keep my character from dying too, because I couldn't really care if I lost a few medium valued items. Rofl

Just ruining the game more in my opinion. When will Jagex realize simpler is better in some cases.

Lol. Good point. Dharoks is already great for hitting high and if this is applied the accuracy on top of it would be awesome.

They nerfed the set effect like a week after EOC came though.. I was so disappointed
