So me and @Krish are having this debate wether we are in Earth or on Earth.

For those thinking we are on Earth let me explain why you are wrong. Everyone hop in my spaceship, launch off in 3..2..1.. liftoff!

Ok so right now we are in space, as you can see all the stars and the planets. We are going to go on Mars.

I agree with you we are on Mars. Now lets trying going on earth

As you can see we can't plan on the Earth we need to go back IN Earth.

If you still think that we are on Earth and not in Earth let me ask you this question. If I jump in the air did I just leave earth?

Wouldn't being in the gravitational pull of the specific Planet mean you're on it? Or what? If you jump you're still on Earth...

Maybe gravity means we're in Earth I have no clue.

On.
In would basically mean we live inside the the mantle lmfao which we don't.
We live on the crust of Earth.

Its confusing.

Technically I believe we live on earth h, as in earth states were located inside the earth itself, last I checked there lava in the center of our tootsie pop

Depending on how high you jump you can leave earth. Earth consists of its soil and its atmosphere, technically you did leave earth's soil, but not earth in its entirety.

The outer most layer of the Earth in which we live on, not in, is the crust. This would make for a great debate in elementary school.

I just asked my 7 year old brother this question and he answered correctly within a second. I can't believe someone older than 5 would even consider the possibility that we live in Earth as opposed to on Earth.
