O I know it still happens all around the world. This article is just very interesting though because of how long it was going on for and some people even knew about it. But these people were isolated from society and don't even know how to shower. Its awful.

Most 3rd world countries I can guarantee there is inbreeding going on. There is also defiantly some cases of inbreeding going on in the US without a doubt. It occurs all over but this article shows how it really fucks up the genes in your family.
 
Incest has gone on for millions of years, ever since hominids first came into existence. It's only now that we are realizing the side effects. I don't see any problem with two consenting adult relatives having sex, if that's what they want to do. Who am I to tell them who they are "supposed" to be attracted to?
 

Its just wrong. You can easily say that they aren't affecting anyone and they are both doing it with each others consent but they are affecting people. They are affecting the child they could possibly have. He could be born with series birth defects or diseases due to the inbreeding.

That quote stands for itself. If two consenting adults have incestuous sex with protection, what's so wrong? I guess there is a negative side if a pregnancy occurs. However, I see nothing wrong if protection is used.
 
Interesting read to say the least. The whole time i was thinking of the "wrong turn" series which made it extra creepy. The whole thing seems a little far fetched but if its true its a good thing they got some of those kids out of that environment.
 
Calling the family a "cult" is absurd. This seems to be the result of a pair of grandparents who decided to live in the outback and then taught their kids to have sex without offering a proper education of any sort. This type of incident supports the Nurture side of the Nature vs. Nurture psychological argument.
 
This happens all the time were I live. In the remote villages.
