Increase Quality of a picture in photoshop...

to increase the quality of a picture with photoshop you need only a few easy steps:
i first removed the noise but you don't need to do it

step 1. duplicate the layer

step 2.go to filter/gauassian blur and set it from 2.0-3.0

step 3.switch the duplicated layer to overlay

and you are done

Yea ive done this several times.Good and simple method.

I could try this out some time whenever I feel the need to get back into PS.
