AlertPay
Email Money Transfer(EMT)-eXosphere <3
Liberty Reserve
MoneyBookers
Paypal
Western Union

AlertPay
AlertPay is a safe way to pay as well. Mostly relating to paypal but there are fees involved with charge backs. It doesn't require verification like paypal to send/receive payments though.

Email Money Transfer(EMT)
EMT is a retail banking service that allows users to transfer funds between personal accounts using email and their online banking service. It is considered very secure due to only notifications and confirmations being taken place via emails. I've only seen it taken place in Canada but if you have a bank account, I would highly suggest you use this method to pay for virtual goods.

Liberty Reserve
Liberty Reserve is mostly used for illegal goods because it is very secure and cannot be charged back. Although, it is used for illegal goods, it is a very safe way to sell items. It can also be a danger due to not being able to chargeback, so if you decide to use Liberty Reserve I would suggest using a MM.

MoneyBookers
Moneybookers is a tool that allows you to safely send and receive money via email - instantly. You can send money from your credit/debit card, transfer money to and from your bank account.

Paypal and MoneyPak's
Paypal is the most widely used payment method on the internet. Although, it has a reputation of ruining someone's business by limiting them, people still use them.
With MoneyPak you can reload a prepaid card, add money to a PayPal account without a bank account, and even make a same-day payment to major companies. It’s a convenient way for you to send money safely and securely where you need it most!

Western Union
Western Union is a online payment methods but also can be taken to your local Western Union agents and even be sent via phone. It is very secure but requires verification before getting started.
