I've never been a fan of long distance, I can sprint very quick. I played AFL (Aussie Rules Football) for 11 years and never needed long distance because I was a goal kicker which required you to sprint.
I'm just trying to get fit so running long distance is doing very well, I'm able to run 8.5kms, which is over 5 miles non-stop. I'm able to go further, not yet, just trying to get comfortable.

I meant comfortable as in I'm not struggling for my life, I quite enjoy it, I mean it is hard because of the pace I'm running. It's hard with my asthma but I'm running it faster than a 5 min/per1k which is results. I struggle to breathe when I'm done too. Haha
