The owner accepting offers why are u sad ? people put their prices and he check them he refuse or accept
its not your business if offers still low, if u have good offer then put it or just comment on other people offers, everyone has the freedom to put his offer
by the way if u can " read " he said 150$ will go for it .. so thats mean he accept different prices
