usually after you clicked "forgot password" and entered the capcha on the website, this comes up:

this is what most people get when they click on "forgot password"

[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]once this is enabled the user has to enter his email first, before a password reset email gets sent out[/font]
