how do i make sure a facebook is not linked to an instagram even after you link yours.

I found if you just delete the Facebook app from your device you can create a fresh IG without having it linked.

I think that if you put a new fb it overwrites the old fb

I've been through this before. Back in 2k13 you could link an unlimited number of FB accs to an insta profile, now you can only link one . Make a fake FB, log in to it, link it to the ACC , then unlink it 5 times. Done, no accs are linked any more. )
