Does anyone know any good apps for IG filters? I have an iPhone and Galaxy, so hit me up with whichever app store. I have access to both.
Specifically looking for a neon filter or a glitch filter. Let me know, starting a new stat.

I use aviary. I saw neon in there, thing is you have to pay jaja. but you can easily get the paod version off pirate bay

a lot. they're merging with adobe so there's definitely more to come. don't think there's glitch though, not yet to say the least
