Is there anyway to get this unblocked quick.  Should I get someone to photoshop like a year book picture and stuff or...

If it needs to "Verify your information" then surely you just sign into your Email and unlock it via that?
I'm pretty sure that would be a verification option, if not then sorry I don't know how to help.

@Yui it is a different type of lock then that. I do not own the email either!!!!

This is most likely a new feature. Can't verify it? Than you are not able to unless you make fake convincing ids or whatsoever.
