Yeah. Once @Philly reviews his pardon, he's just being patient.

Philly has a life outside of FK, so he can't just review it the second it's posted.

The only reason Beam "scammed" was to protect himself from the consistent charge backs Sonic was filing on basically everyone he bought items off. 

Sonic even CB'd on me $550 when he bought C*t*zen, we won the chargebacks which is the reason he wanted the IG back. He even CB'd $300+ on @Philly.
