it's not really a method buy i found out how to reset
it with non filtered pictures, like say you have an account and
you put a random email on, instagram reset your password, you can't get the reset so this is one way of trying to get it.
this is not a 100% successful unless you know everything about
the account such as far back as when it was made.
step 1 :
