Edit the permissions or CMOD the /Upload directory to 644. If this dont work p.m me ill see what i can do.

You have to upload your stuff into the 'www' folder.
My Computer > C:/ > wamp > www.

Make a folder and name it whatever you want. Then upload all your stuff into that folder.
Then you got to http://localhost/whateveryourfoldernameis .

You could also use XAMPP.

What's XAMPP? Similar to WAMP? And since I uploaded to a different folder but it's still the same.

Yeah, XAMPP is similar to Wamp. Wamp is just a little easier when trying to set up localhost though.
But wherever you installed Wamp, when you double-click on the wamp folder, there are 3 folders in there, right?
alias, bin, and www should be the folders that came with it. Just make a new folder inside the www folder and upload everything there.

If you want, I'll make a tutorial on how to use localhost with XAMPP.
