You have to purchase something (virtual) which takes 12-24 hours to get login information, then about 24 hours total to set up, after just check it every 6-12 hours and if it's not working correctly, just restart and go

It's totally legal, but against the rules of something. Nothing can/will happen.

Yes, that's correct regarding the $92 and $102.

Trust me, I am 100,000,000,000,000% sure that more people monetizing will not ruin profits. It is not: CPA,PTC,PTI etc, Surveys, anything like that.

It is one simple method which people already use but tend to keep it too themselves.

There has also never been an e-book on this, from what I've seen browsing the internet.
