I think it's rather neat. That guy in the vid is sort of a d bag, but I actually found this vid interesting.
Yes it is. And it really is the most undetectable bot there is so far.

RiD is amazing. I wish it ran in the background, but I guess that goes against what it stands for. It truly is the most advanced.
Currently we sit on a 3 strike rule. 14, 21, Perm ban. That's why most people these days bot 24/7 for their first 2 offenses. On RSBOTS.NET there was quite a discussion in the off-topic section about that actually. How botting over prolonged periods of time can actually get you banned faster than botting 24/7. New players, new faces, more chances to be reported.
I believe that JaGeX relies on player reports more than anything to get their bans out. Flag an account, review it, ban. But it all begins with the flag. Just like in WoW, their system (or Warden) is never able to keep up with botting. If it does, botting just makes an even bigger gap in 6-12 months.
And @ Amped-, RiD is incredibly expensive. And it controls your PC for you. Sure this might be ideal for some, but for those who prefer to bot multiple accounts in a session, or want to use their PC while they bot, they can't.
And as Pink already said, it only has a few bots. It recently added a free powerminer, but they haven't added a new addition to their paid bots in many many months.

I watched that video, but IMO Auto-Typing can't get you banned unless your advertising a website. I have asked a JMOD before, and that their response was something along the lines of what I just mentioned (You can't get banned unless you advertising a website).
