Is a house hold PC game possible to make?

If there was a coding section I'd place this thread in there, but this seems to be the most appropriate place. I always had this idea for a PC game in my mind and I always wanted to know "how probable is it to get someone to make it?". My idea is very similar to the game "Capitalism II" - only 250MB and 2D graphics. I was wondering if it's possible to hire someone to do this even though I have no knowledge of game programming or access to a studio. If this would be possible then how much do you estimate it would cost for a programmer to make this game?

I have never heard of that game, nor played it.

you could pay someone to code it for you, it would be alot if it can't be coded in a engine like unity.
My advice would be to learn unity script, and attempt to make it yourself, Unity is simple and easy to use once you get the models.

This would be months if not years of coding.
To actually take this on, you would need to learn Alot.
You have to be able to draw the Sprites correctly.
Then it's C++. Then in my opinion use the SDL Library.

This is a long project. But completely possible.
