If you go on blockchain, a block hasn't been found for over 2 hours, but transactions are still being done.

Also, it does say Nodes are disconnected. Without blocks being found, payments will not confirm. I wouldn't send payments.

EDIT: Apparently it is just blockchain.info being down, other blockchain explorers are working and showing blocks being found.

Only blockchain.info shows the nodes being down, it is their problem. Other blockchain explorers are working correctly.
