Is it possible to pull back a YouTube?

So a while back I unfortunately lost my YouTube channel, It's a very rare account and I absolutely loved it. 

I been very stupid and embarrassingly got ratted, this was before I even had an account on ForumKorner, someone PMed me and skype called me and told me they had a musician tag and I wasn't really in the game so I accepted a file from them (i know, retarded) whilst on the call they told me to screenshot proof I owned the YouTube, I signed in to it and boom.

It wasn't until they asked me to sign in to my PayPal to prove I have a payment method that I realized I was being ratted, I legit fresh-started my whole PC but lost my YouTube.

I have 2 previous passwords, the previous E-mail, any previous info. 

Does anyone know if this could be possible?
