Is it possible to "Secure" a youtube channel?

Its not possible to fully secure a youtube account unless you know the original password made on the account, if not the person who knows that can reset the youtube when ever they wont.

So it doesn't matter what emails are associated with the account as long as they know the original Pass?

Ive had the same problem bro i was unaware how to fully secure the youtube account, i added alts, linked emails did the two step verification and one day it got taken back becuase they new the original password so without knowing that its pretty much a useless account and it will most likely be taken back bro :-(
