Is life is possible in Moon?

Today's science and technology bring many disastars to earth so it is very difficult to live in earth so if we choose Moon for our home that it is possible.

We could live on the moon if we had unlimited oxygen. But it would be a rough life because of the meteors that hit from time to time.

Everything's possible. Humans can create some high-tech houses that can support life. But this will entail a lot of money and this will not be realized, I think, within this decade or the coming couple of decades.

Not as know it...outside
It is quite for humans to build habitats on the moon and live in them,but whether or not they can ever become totally self-sustaining is not yet known.

At least with the knowledge what we have about the moon so far, it seems it is not possible to live on moon or to have life on the moon. May be in future if some thing like any 'Big Bang' happens on the moon as it happened on the earth, we can think of having some life there! Thanks !

Why not? There is nothing wrong in living moon, if it don't have any pollution problems and this kind of disasters, i am ready to live in moon, i hope i can find some good hearts there. Let see you in moon, hope you too come there

Yes, it is possible to live on the moon. In fact, it's possible to live possibly anywhere where the laws of Physics known to us still hold. It's a matter of having the right technology with you. If people where to live on the moon they'd have to live in underground constructions most probably - this is because of the barrenness of the Lunar surface and the extreme temperatures on it. The moon has no atmosphere hence people would have to live on an Oxygen supply carried from the Earth. They'd also have to have a food and water supply that would last them for as long as necessary. If people were to live on the moon they'd rely on solar electricity for power generation. Protective wear, of course, would be necessary when stepping outdoors- hence space suits would also be necessary. Thus life on the moon is quiet possible

May be in future there will be passenger rocket to travel from moon to earth. As scientist are researching on this matter with how to live in moon.

i think life is not possible in moon. as far as i know, water do not exist in the moon and with that, we can't survive. also, astronauts who have traveled the moon need to have oxygen with them while discovering the moon. that only means that moon does not have oxygen at all evil:evil:evil:

It might be possible for future technology to have our residences on the moon. But this will require huge funds. Even if wesucceed in having houses on the moon itself, it will not be for the poor people. Only very rich persons would be able to afford it.

As of the present time, it is still impossible to live in the moon. With no gravity, oxygen and water, life is impossible there. And if technology will be discovered to make it possible, that would take hundred or even more years before it materializes and I doubt it would ever happen. Earth is the only place to live in.

Yes, quite a bit of life support equipment along with a pressure vessel (or a space suit if you want to go outside).

Life can't survive on the moon (some bacteria may have survived dormant in a space probe but that's disputed) and Mars wouldn't have much life if it has any still left (it probably did in the past and while conditions aren't very good for life there's still a possibility that something is alive or even just dormant there, we have been surprised at the places on Earth where we didn't think life could survive that had life)

i don't think its possible to live on the moon, because first it not a planet. there's no water in there, no oxygen. there's nothing that can support life on the moon. it'll be hard for humans to live in there.
