Is the mind, our brains, separate from our physical selves?

Please discuss, do you think our minds are not physically attached to us, or do you think that our mind is physically attached.

My Opinion -

The mind is not separate from the body It is my opinion that the mind is not separate from the physical body of human beings. The mind and body are part of the same complex organism, and they work together to allow that organism to function. Though both may be present without the other, they would not be able to function correctly in such a state.

Our mind controls our body (i.e self discipline). Your body obeys your mind, as your thoughts provide a base for your body.

Not to be rude but this is a pointless argument. Of course, the brain is not separate from our bodies. It controls it.

I agree with Prepare. This isnt up for debate. Unless perhaps you are referring to consciousness? But I dont think so.
