Is there a way to download a file from Virustotal?

So I wanted to buy a file from a person but it is way too expensive. I managed to get the SHA256 of the file. I can search for the file in their database but I want to download the file from virustotal. Is that possible?

You would have to hack into virustotal's database to do that.

You could connect to him on teamviewer and if his privileges allow you to access file manager you can download it from his computer, but try to do it when he's afk because a window will open.
