I always thought the rule for pardoning scammers was that they must pay back (AND SHOW PROOF) in order to be let back.
But apparently this is not the fucking case, @Nevermind was let back when he still owed me money, and today @poison was pardoned when he owes @Gor OVER $700.
I'll most likely be banned for voicing an opinion, but seriously, what kind of bullshit system is this where NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER is being made to contact those who were scammed?
