Okay. So as you can tell by now I am a twin. Me and my bro both use this account but I was wondering can we have different accounts? Or will that count as multi accounting since it's same ip and same computer. What if we prove that we're actually twins (somehow) will this be allowed? I really don't like sharing account because sometimes we both reply to the same person because we didn't realize one of us had already replied. So can we? Or is it not allowed?

Yes, they mark your account so it isnt banned for a multiple account.

When I was friends with @'hobbes' we were on the same IP at his house, so I believe this would be fine as long as you notify staff.
