For me no. If you just know how to surf and how to use a computer believe you can earn on-line. Computer languages are for those enthusiasts. Many opportunities here on web that doesn't require computer languages.
what you mean with computer language? do you mean binary or programming language? for earning money, yes sometime you need to create a website. or you can earn thru another way. such like this site, it only posting reply already earning money. some site just watching movie (if you like please PM me)
If you are earning like this posting in ptp then u wont need computer knowledge but if u are earning like a freelancer than you may need some knowledge about it.
