Is it possible to get the item "Research package" without starting the quest "Rune Mysteries". I need a definitive answer.

Rather than glitching, spawning items, or h4x0ring in some way, it is not possible.

Jagex was fucking with @"slack3r". He found an account in his logs with all skills level one, nothing in the bank, no quests started, but that item in the inventory.
 

Oh, well if you're thinking of selling it I don't think anyone will find that very interesting so it's probably not worth anything.

Off topic:I don't remember the ports I used months ago so I'm fucked.
 
We don't want to sell it. He just wanted to know if Jagex was fucking with him or not.
