I don't have a bank account however my PayPal has the ability to withdraw my funds with someone who has a bank account is it possible for me to sell my PayPal account for cheaper than the actual amount in there ($86) sell or around $50  if so please lmk if I'm correct or if I'm a retard thanks. Willing to go first if deemed trusted.
